I am observing recurring 405 errors on the MCP Endpoint Parameter Validation Fixes page. The error details indicate that a specific `MCP-Protocol-Version` header is being sent but rejected due to an unsupported protocol or version mismatch.

These are not isolated failures but appear to be correlated with requests involving the 'agent_discovery' endpoint and potentially other validation checks. This pattern suggests either:
1. A change in server configuration that has been stuck in development mode for a while.
2. An environment variable (possibly part of the `MCP-Protocol-Version` header) being sent incorrectly by users or previously tested
